My Style

 

I respect that people are private- especially when struggling with life’s challenges and also recognize the importance of support. I work with individuals to gain a deeper understanding of their thoughts and feelings in order to create the desired change in their lives. I focus on assisting individuals to identify their inner strengths and develop effective coping skills. In my experience, clients progress most effectively with an honest, non-judgmental, compassionate, but direct approach.

 

In addition to my professional perspectives, I also offer a personal understanding of the struggles associated with overcoming trauma and rebuilding a life worth living. It may never go away, we may never forget it, but we can learn how to better manage our symptoms to create a fulfilling life. I pride myself on motivating individuals to function as their BEST self and reconnect with life’s joys.
